Tassili Hoggar 4x4 supported trekking 8 day
This is a trekking trip visiting the magnificent landscapes and unusual rock-formations of the Tassili Hoggar. Apart from the first night all meals will be in the open desert and nights spent under the stars.

Main highlights
Engravings, paintings, dunes, gheltas (natural waterholes), rock formations, nomads and their encampments.

Daily Programme
Breakfast is generally served just after sunrise, then while the vehicles are packed you will set off walking. The morning's walk is about 4 hours which includes short stops at sights of interest. Then there is an extended lunch break, often prepared by our crew in advance. However on just a few days you may have to carry lunch with you to less accessible places. In the afternoon you will trek for another 2 to 3 hours to the next campsite.
