Jewellery Traders

Travelling around the more popular desert tourist sites you will meet enterprising groups of traders. Some provide shelters and soft drinks, all will have a display of hand made jewellery. Many of these traders travel in the summer months to countries such as Niger where they make many of these items. The items shown on this website are from a well-organised group of traders based in Al Awainat near the Acacus.
