Home | The EWP Lundy Island meet | Lundy: more information

EWP are not aiming to make any profit from this programme - it is a service for our past and present clients - other like minded people are welcome. We do need to cover our administrative costs. We will make all accommodation bookings for you and will pay for the Landmark Trust Holiday Cancellation Scheme (see full details below). We require a 50% deposit to be made for your accommodation when booking.

Please specify any bedroom requests. We will allocate bedrooms / flats as requested but reserve the right to alter rooming arrangements unless you have paid in full. The balance for your booking is payable 8 weeks in advance.

Discuss your requests with us to find out about availability. All accommodation is self-catering. An EWP representative / mountain guide will be staying on the island during your stay. On receipt of your booking we will send information about sailings. It is your responsibility to buy your boat ticket.

In the event of cancellation EWP will refund:

  1. 50% of money paid 8 or more weeks before trip.
  2. 25% 6-8 weeks before the trip.
  3. Thereafter there will be no refund unless your place can be filled in which case it will be 25%.
