1. We can design your web site for you if you provide us basic materials / prices / photos / brochures. USD20 per page of typewritten text with one or two pictures or a table of prices or map.

2. For setting up the site and making necessary arrangements we would require a further USD20.

3. After we have designed your site you view it in order to make your comments, we will then make alterations based on your detailed comments (free of charge unless you request major text changes). You then view the site again and comment, we do a final fine tuning.

4. Site maintenance: this involves making alterations to pages when details change. We will make minor alterations to your web-site for you at no cost if you are on our full Hosting, Promotion and Maintenance package (USD240 annual fee).
   You could of course carry out changes yourselves at almost no cost!

5. If you already have a server who can host your website please ignore the next sections (6 and 7).

6. You could obtain a domain name of your own, the registration of this costs USD30 annually, USD60 is paid initially for two years web (domain) name use. This is paid by you to InterNIC or Webnames.
   You could then be found as http://www.yourname.com or some such name. On top of this you need a server to host your web - our cost for this USD150 per year.
   Setting up this option costs USD50.
   The domain registration is carried out via InterNIC or NIC (UK). We charge no commission on their fees which you pay them directly.

7. We could pay your web hosting fees for you or you could take them over yourself.
   We would charge no commission on the server charges.

8. Site Promotion: This is important - people must be able to find you. We enter your name into 250 major search engines so that anyone in the world can easily find you (see notes). We then regularly check the performance of your site and resubmit pages to key search engines if necessary. The full web hosting, promotion and maintenance package is designed for this. Cost USD 240 annually. Our page design includes Meta Tags which assist search engines locate your pages. We also offer to place a link to your page from our site to help promote your site.

9. To view your pages on a PC you need to install software (a browser). If you do not have one we can send it to you by post on a disc or by Email.
