Mountain Club of Kenya Triple Dash
The Mountain Club of Kenya Triple Dash (which has at various times become the quadruple dash and even more) is held once a year and it involves climbing a route at Lukenya, one at Ndeiya and one at Hell's Gate. Fast driving and fast climbing is essential and everyone finishes by Lake Naivasha. There are several categories of entry - depending on ability. |
