The Pico Hotel is located in Madalena, a small town on Pico Island in the Azores. The three star Pico Hotel makes a comfortable base for exploring the island and climbing Pico mountain itself. The hotel has a swimming pool set in the gardens, a sauna, turkish bath and jacuzzi. The rooms either look out onto the neighbouring islands or Pico Island itself. There are 69 rooms all are twin-bedded though some triples are available. There are also three double bedded junior suites. Each room has a telephone, television, hair drier, fridge, bath and shower. The hotel has a restaurant serving breakfast all the year round and also lunch and supper from mid-March till the end of October. Other facilities include a terrace bar and a meeting room.
