Exhibition Wall, E3, 25m, **. Mark Savage and Andrew Wielochowski (after top-roping), 1981. Located at Lukenya one of the most popular climbing areas in Kenya as it is so near to Nairobi. The land here belongs to the Mountain Club of Kenya, the rock is perfect and temperatures rarely intolerable. Lukenya rock provides a lot of good natural protection but many new routes have been added to blanker areas of rock using pre-placed bolt protection. Exhibition Wall was first climbed as a demonstration climb. |
