We pride ourselves in a unique group of guides, cooks and muleteers or camel drivers. They are mainly Berbers from the Mgoun area who work together very efficiently providing a very friendly and high quality service. They are paid well and as a result our prices are maybe not the cheapest but the quality of the service you will receive will be the best.

While camping we use a big mess tent – or two if required. All food is cooked for you, there is plenty of it and it is of a very high quality. As a rule breakfasts comprise a selection of cheese, jams, bread and hot drinks. Along the trail there is generally a refreshment stop before the main lunch which often includes some hot food. Typically it is composed of a variety of salads with canned fish and hot cous-cous, potato, rice or sometimes bread. Fruit and tea are served at the end. On arrival At the campsite tea and biscuits or pancakes or similar will be served with tea before the main meal. Dinner usually starts with a soup and bread; the main course is often a typical Berber meal of vegetables, potato, rice, cous-cous or spaghetti and meat. Biscuits, fruit and tea as usual round off the meal.

The camp staff put up and takes down all the tentage unless you want to help with your tent. All tentage and mattresses are provided.

The main guide will speak English and French, most other camp staff only speak French (apart from Berber and Arabic).
