Important:

The above prices allow for only 15kg of your personal luggage to be carried by the porters. In the unlikely event you need more luggage carried there will be a usd 10 per day surcharge for an extra porter.

Important:

With the above Tanzanian Safari / Trekking prices we reserve the right to add people to your vehicle if you have booked as 1 or 2 people. However you can pay a $50 ($25 per person if 2) supplement per day to have a private safari. There is no surcharge for a private safari for group size 3 or more.
All safari accommodation, except for basic camping, must be paid for in full at time of booking. Once confirmed it can neither be changed nor refunded. This is a Tanzanian lodge policy outside of our control.

Basic camping safaris use medium sized (just under man height inside) canvas tents with mosquito tenting.

Our prices above are inclusive of:

Transport, private vehicles used throughout.
All park fees, our own selected National Park approved guides & porters. Park Rangers as required. Donkeys and local Maasai guides on Crater Highland treks.
Double skinned mountain for two people and sleeping mats. Stools, a mess tent and hot water for washing are provided on the mountain.
Food on the mountain is plentiful and prepared fresh by skilled cooks. Typical menus include: Breakfast - fruit, fruit juice, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, oats or muesli, egg, sausage, toast, margarine, honey and jam. Lunch - soup, chips, sandwiches, hot tea, coffee and chocolate, biscuits, pancakes with honey or jam, fruit. Supper - soup, cooked meat or vegetarian meal, fruit, variety of hot drinks.

Not included:

Tips, hotel meals other than breakfast at Springlands outside of Mountain Packages. Visas. Airport transfers.

*SS - Single Supplements: are per person per night and apply to group sizes 2 to 4 where people would like to have a room / tent to themselves. Group size one are priced for a single room / tent. A group of three will be placed in a triple room.
Ngorongoro Crater Visits: are limited to half a day and subject to surcharges (from 1st July 2007): $100 per vehicle entering the crater and $20 per visitor, per day. A $10 surcharge is applied to all campers in the Ngorongoro and Serengeti Areas.
